Rose Carter – Community Manager

In her role as the Community Manager, Rose will create meaningful relationships with residents, serve with a listening-first approach and make Brookstone Creek a community where people want to live, know their neighbors and feel at home. Her main responsibilities include:
- HOA Financials & Assessments
- Keeping up with Community Standards
- Amenity-related Concerns
- Approval of Architectural Requests
- Making you feel right at home
Chris Lee – Lifestyle Director

Born and raised in the Northeast side of San Antonio, and a Madison High School graduate. Chris now resides in Cibolo with his wife, 2 dogs (Luna and Rocky), and his almost one-year-old son (stop by the office and ask to see photos).
As the Lifestyle Director, it is his purpose to plan and execute a wide range of community events, from fitness classes to Holiday Events! It is Chris’s goal to have you live your best life in Brookstone Creek and create experiences to connect people. His main responsibilities include:
- Planning Community Events
- New Resident Amenity Details
- Communications (social media, email, e-news, etc.)
- Sponsorships, marketing, and advertising
- Making you feel at home
- Anything lifestyle-related!
Kaliah Orum-Harris - Community Standards Assistant

A Texas State University alumnus with a degree in Graphic Design, bringing her passion for art and digital media to our team. A lifelong volleyball enthusiast and former middle-blocker, she values teamwork and resilience—qualities that shine through in all she does. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mom to Nala, her lively three-year-old French Bulldog, and a fan of all things dystopian, with Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon topping her list of favorite shows. Her goal is to build a sense of community to create that "open door" policy feeling when homeowners have questions about rules and guidelines. Her responsibilities include:
- Keeping up with Community Standards and making sure the neighborhood is aesthetic
- Being a liaison to the Board on ACC requests
- Educating Homeowners on community standards-related topics
- Making you feel right at home
